Arryved Inc., part of the Fullsteam organization, is a Boulder-based company specializing in Point-of-Sale, brewery production ERP and other software for the craft beverage industry. As a member of our executive team, and reporting directly to the CEO, the Chief Product Officer will own the creation of our product roadmap and oversee the product and engineering teams to ensure we're building the best products to support our customers, team and business. Curious, confident and humble to learn with a customer-first mentality and desire to take ownership over the outcome. We need a dynamic and disciplined thinker with intellectual horsepower, an entrepreneurial spirit, and a passion for making a mark in fast-paced, growing environments. Role can be based onsite or remote. Must haves:
    5+ years experience overseeing product and engineering teams (10+ in size) to build elegant, user-friendly, intuitive software solutions in complex b2b environments Technical knowledge and experience required to oversee an engineering team and product to assess quality and speed of delivery Track record of being able to take a company vision and work with product and engineering teams to translate the vision into an achievable roadmap (on time / on budget) Excels at simplifying and focusing on the highest impact initiatives Track record of collaborating with sales, marketing, customer service and executives to build consensus and drive alignment around a product roadmap Experience overseeing the infrastructure roadmap to ensure our tech stack and engineering environments are efficient, stable and aligned with the business needs Experience working with legacy code bases and balancing needs to evolve the platform while also shipping new products to meet customer and business needs Experience working in high security environments where uptime and security are mission critical Hands-on manager who is actively involved in overseeing quality and velocity in shipping great products Metrics driven, KPI oriented approach to building and leading engineering and product teams Prior experience with b2b software, point-of-sale or payments is a plus.
In this role, you will:
    Work collaboratively with the CEO and other executives to translate the company vision into an intelligent product roadmap that balances the needs of our customers, team and business Build and lead engineering teams and product teams to execute on the product roadmap with efficiency and excellence Maintain a reliable and secure technology platform Drive two-way communications between Product/Engineering and other customer facing teams (sales, marketing, support) to ensure we are building the right products and building consensus throughout the organization Evolve our platform to continuously improve our technology infrastructure and reduce tech debt and ensure strong product velocity
