Michigan Broadband Services (MBS) is seeking a Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) to lead sales and marketing efforts, driving revenue growth from the $100 million+ of capital investment in the company's fiber and fixed wireless network.
MBS offers diversified telecommunications services (high-speed internet, video, voice, smart home, and dedicated business services). The CRO will be responsible for leading strategic revenue initiatives and driving returns on investment.
Key responsibilities include:
· Develop and execute strategic revenue initiatives.
· Build brand awareness and engage with local community.
· Hire, manage and drive performance for a sales team with clear metrics and incentive
structures.
· Oversee product development and revenue-driving initiatives across broadband
services.
· Collaborate cross-functionally to achieve business goals.
Qualifications:
· 10+ years of progressive experience in telecommunications sales or revenue
leadership.
· Proven track record in driving business growth and achieving sales targets.
· Strong financial acumen, leadership and communication skills.
· Bachelor's degree required; MBA or engineering degree preferred.
