The Maryland Department of Juvenile Services (DJS) is dedicated to transforming young lives, creating safer communities, and fostering equitable systems. We are seeking passionate individuals for the role of Chief Strategic Innovation Officer (Program Manager IV), so come join our team and make a meaningful impact on youth and the community at DJS!
In this pivotal role, you will spearhead initiatives within Support Services to advance the Department's Strategic Plan, enhance cross-divisional communication, and implement new initiatives that support youth success. Your strong analytical skills and attention to detail will drive data-informed decision-making and improve outcomes, while your ability to inspire and motivate staff will foster collaboration and productivity.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONSEducation: Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Social Work, Criminal Justice, or a related field.
Experience: Five (5) years of progressively responsible experience in program management, strategic planning, or related fields, with a focus on juvenile justice or social services.
