Job Description:
The Field Chief Technology Officer for AI Solutions will be instrumental in shaping the future of AI adoption and implementation within our customers. This position is aimed at growing SHI's AI practice and establishing the organization as a trusted leader in the AI space. The Field CTO will provide deep technical expertise while building credibility and trust with SHI's customers. As a trusted advisor, you will guide clients through the entire AI journeyfrom identifying opportunities, developing tailored AI strategies, and scaling AI solutions that deliver measurable business outcomes. This is a remote position with a home-office setup as determined by SHI management. Lead envisioning sessions and contribute to thought leadership through publications and presentations. Strategic Partnerships : Leverage relationships with partners such as NVIDIA, Cisco, HP, Microsoft, and Google to help define innovative AI solution offerings that align SHI with customer needs and market trends. Customer-Centric Solutions : Work closely with clients to understand their challenges, identify AI use cases, and design tailored AI solutions that deliver measurable business impact. Market Expansion & Business Development: Identify new market opportunities and expand SHI's AI footprint into high-potential industries and regions. Consistently achieve sales targets by securing new clients and fostering long-term relationships. Client Engagement: Act as the primary liaison between clients and SHI's internal teams, advocating for AI services and ensuring that client needs are met through continuous engagement and support. Mentorship & Team Leadership: Provide mentorship to junior team members, ensuring that they develop the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver successful AI projects. Lead teams to ensure smooth execution and client satisfaction. Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience 15+ years of experience in a customer-facing role explaining strategic and tactical concepts to customers. 10+ years ofexperience engaging with C-suite executives and senior decision-makers, with experience advising on AI strategy and technology adoption. 3+ years of experience in AI, particularly in business transformation, AI solution design, and data analytics. Previous experience in executive roles, such as CIO, CTO, or SVP, is highly desirable.
