DescriptionLandscapes Golf Management and River Run Country Club are seeking a Child Care Attendant. The Child Care Attendant will be responsible for providing a safe and fun environment for children while their parents enjoy the amenities of the club. Completion of a background check is required.JOB HOURSMonday - Friday 8am - 1pmFriday - Saturday 4pm - 9pmJOB SUMMARYEnsures children are safe, happy and engaged in play while members are on site or offsite.ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONSThe essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:Constantly attends to the needs of children of various ages in the childcare area.Ensures a safe and nurturing environment by constantly supervising and engaging the children through active play and structured activities.Acknowledges new families; answers all questions and reviews rules and policies. Ensures that the needs of the members are met and attended to.Ensures all children leave with the parent that they arrived with.Maintains a clean environment for children through daily disinfecting, cleaning and vacuuming. Rooms must always be presentable.Sets up tables, chairs and activities before opening and stores them properly after closing.Demonstrates a commitment to the work and success of the club and the Company by being service- and solution-oriented, having positive interactions with all club staff and members/guests, and meeting established quality, service and safety expectations.Maintains the confidentiality of Company, employee, and member/guest information.Attends and actively participates in regularly scheduled staff meetings.Performs additional assignments per the direction of club or Company managers.Regular and punctual attendance on site for all scheduled shifts is required.KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIESThe requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
