**QUALIFICATIONS INCLUDE**
**Preferred Associates degree in Early Childhood or Child Development**
* CPR Certification preferred
* High School Diploma
* Excellent verbal and written expression
* Works well in a collaborative environment
* Demonstrated competence working with children
* Strong interpersonal skills
**RESPONSIBILITIES:**
* Supervision of children ages preschool through 5th grade
* Engaging students in structured programming including STEM, literacy, art, and cultural activities
* Supporting students during homework and activity time
* Working together with other child care staff to ensure a safe, happy environment for students and families
