Supervise children in their daily routine in accordance with agency policy and procedures and program protocols.

Participate in the development and implementation of ongoing activity programs for children in care.

Maintain a safe, clean and homelike environment for children in care.

Manage all behavioral problems in a manner that reflects the agency Therapeutic Crisis Intervention training and agency policy and procedures.

Provide feedback regarding individualized treatment plans and implement these plans as defined by the child's primary therapist/treatment team.

Regularly participate in staff meetings and supervision.

Ensure completion of all written documentation as defined by program and agency policy and procedure.

Ensure that all program and agency policies and procedures are followed.

In the absence of the shift supervisor or other assigned staff, pass medication in accordance with physicians' orders and record medications given according to agency guidelines and procedures.

Participate in QI training and actively participate in the agency Quality Improvement Program.

Successfully complete all required agency training as defined by program and agency policy.

Other related tasks and duties as assigned by supervisor.

Qualifications Education & Experience Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent. Valid NYS driver's license with at least one year of driving experience.
