If you enjoy working with customers and problem solving, this may be the position for you. Your duties would include:
  • Initiating and responding to requests
  • Coordinating with internal and external partners
  • Researching and resolving case issues
  • Gathering information and analyzing case data to determine next steps
  • Assisting customers
  • Interacting with legal services providers, other states, employers, and other business partners
  • Making decisions based on case information and provided documentation
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
  • Currently employed with the Florida Department of Revenue in the Child Support Program as a Revenue Specialist II.
  • Have not accepted a lateral transfer within the last 12 months (excluding hardship lateral transfers).
SPECIAL NOTES:
  • Standard workday of 8am - 5pm, Monday through Friday.
  • This role may be eligible for part-time telework after you complete required training and reach an acceptable level of proficiency.
