- Recruit childcare workers
- Ensure safety training for childcare workers
- Create and manage an event schedule for childcare workers
- Use ADP timekeeping app to onboard, submit and approve childcare workers hours
- Coordinate with ministry leads to determine and reserve spaces/classrooms
- Communicate event logistics and locations with families
