Academy Childcare Worker Job Description Child care worker in the Melissa ISD daycare center / early childhood classrooms. Job Qualifications Education/Certification:

Duties and Responsibilities Instructional Support 1. Help teacher . 2. Help maintain a neat and orderly classroom. Student Management 3. Help manage behavior of students. 4. Work with individual students or small groups to develop motor skills and conduct instructional exercises assigned by teacher. 5. Help supervise students throughout the school day, inside and outside the classroom. Other 6. Maintain confidentiality. Supervisory Responsibilities: 7.None. Working Conditions: 8. Mental Demands/Physical Demands/Environmental Factors: 9. Maintain emotional control under stress. 10. Frequent standing, stooping, bending, kneeling, pushing, and pulling 11.
