Location: El Dorado, KS (Hybrid capabilities available)Salary: Average annual salary of $61,068.80 (including wage, incentives, bonuses, overtime, shift differential, etc.)

Do you enjoy guiding professionals who work with children and families? TFI Family Services has the perfect opportunity for you! We are looking for a full-time Supervisor to join our Permanency team.

What You'll Need:

• An advanced degree in social work or a comparable human services field, OR
• A bachelor's degree in social work or a comparable human services field, plus four years of experience in direct service or case management, and BSRB licensure.

A Day in the Life as a Supervisor:

As a Supervisor, you will oversee case managers and support workers dedicated to helping children return to their families or find adoptive homes. You will collaborate with court systems and case managers to ensure that families receive the support and services necessary to help children thrive. Your leadership will be instrumental in guiding your team to build strong, healthy relationships for families.

You will be a key player in helping your team become strong advocates for children and families, driving positive outcomes and lasting change.
