Overview
Organize and run all matters related to reservations, registration, and cash out for the Snowsports Programs. Prepare orders for following day, including reaching out to guests with any questions. As a customer focused organization, a crucial part of each employee's job is to get and keep guests.
Responsibilities
Knowledgeable of all aspects of the Snowsports ski and snowboard programs
Answer incoming calls, sell products and answer questions in a professional and courteous manner.
Perform secretarial duties as required including but not limited to: data entry, filing and completing forms.
Assist instructors with students needs, such as at lunch and snack times, using the restroom, and dressing for lessons.
Assist the supervisors in the different Snowsports departments when needed.
Contribute to team effort by participating in job sharing; assuming responsibility for the cleanliness of the resort; participating in daily safety and service meetings; accept diverse assignments; maintain a positive and friendly demeanor in all internal and external interactions.
Must have good communication skills.
Qualifications
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months' related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
