Job Type Full-timeDescriptionThe Children's Intake and Group Specialist performs child and adolescent Bio-psychosocial Assessments and Eligibility Determinations for intake into all MFS services. Assists in planning, coordinating, monitoring, and implementing intake practices for therapeutic, rehabilitative, support, and community integration services across all MFS satellite offices. Additionally, is responsible for planning and running treatment groups to meet client needs.Requirements
- Masters Degree in field of mental health or related fields (psychology, counseling, social work , nursing, or related field from an accredited college or university.) Preference given to degree that is certifiable or license eligible in New Hampshire.
- Licensed or Licensed eligible in the State of New Hampshire (LICSW, LMFT, LCMHC)
- At least one year in a degree-related internship under the supervision of a psychiatrist, doctoral level psychologist, a certified/licensed mental health professional or person with equivalent credentials.
