Network Chiropractic of Albuquerque is looking for an enthusiastic, energy rich and organized CHIROPRACTIC CLINICAL CARE COORDINATOR to join our team!

Office Culture:

HOURS:
Candidates must be flexible with hours and available without conflict of interest.

Our hours are:
Monday: 7:30am-6:30pm
Tuesday: 7:00am-6:30pm (potential till 7:30pm when we host classes)
Wednesday: 7:30am-2:30/4:00pm
Thursday: 7:00am-6:30pm (potential till 7:30pm when we host classes)
Lunch breaks are 1-2 hours depending on schedule. This is variable and fluctuates.
At least 2 Fridays per month for 4-6 hours. Applicants can expect up to 3 weekend training seminars/year & up to 15 total weekend events/year. These will be planned in advance.
Some travel required (for training and team events).
Wage/Benefits:
Wage commensurate to experience with a generous bonus program. Complimentary care for immediate family members. Paid time off, and opportunity for health benefits and 401K, with time in role and growth.
Additional Compensation/Bonuses earned regularly after a training period and are based on production, meeting goals, practice growth, and longevity of employment. These may include cash, travel, healing and personal development seminars, spa days, and more.
Responsibilities:
Patient and practice member consultations, re-evaluations, performing diagnostic tests such as posture exam, computerized scans, X-ray set-up, and other assessments. Assist with marketing and promotions. Fun, hard-working, success minded person who oversees all aspects of clinical practice member management, is cross trained in all aspects of office operation, including front desk and assists in holding practice members accountable to their goals. Serves as administrative assistant for Network Chiropractic of Albuquerque. Succeeding in this position requires the ability to learn/memorize office dialogues and scripts for patient education. This might not sound like a lot, but it is a very comprehensive position and includes many other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Enthusiastic, team player, great sense of humor, strong interest in natural/alternative healing methods, willingness to grow and expand one's personal development. Previous event planning and coordination is a bonus, not required. History of relationship building is strongly encouraged.
