- High school Diploma or GED
- Administrative Management Experience
- Working knowledge of computers (MS Word, Excel, Publisher, Email, and Search Tools)
- Supervisory experience
- Phone, Client, Organizational, Customer Service/Communication skills
- Employment contingent upon successful completion of a background check
- Valid Arizona driver's license with clean MVR
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist with set up and assembly of kettles and stands
- Participate in hiring, selection, supervision, training, and scheduling bell ringers and drivers
- Assist with orientation and processing of hire paperwork in conjunction with Human Resources
- Coordinate, schedule, seek out volunteers, and service clubs for various location coverage
- Assist with preparation and distribute initial contact letters with participating stores
- Assist in meeting with store managers, working out details for scheduling, special needs, stand storage, etc.
- Set up stands at participating stores prior to start season
- Assist with scheduling and drop off and pick up routes for staff and kettles/stands
- Regularly review with Supervisor, kettle reports, identify employee income to cost ratios, determining appropriate fit for employee placement
- Collect stands at season end, making any necessary repairs
- Assist in writing end of season thank you letters to store managers and service clubs, providing total dollar amounts collected
- Write end of season brief
