We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our church team. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support and ensure efficient office operations.
Duties
- Manage and coordinate office tasks
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Assist in organizing and scheduling appointments
- Maintain contact lists
- Produce and distribute correspondence memos, letters, emails, and forms
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
- Order office supplies
- Provide general support to visitors
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Google Suite, Microsoft Office, and Canvas or similar software
- Strong proofreading abilities
- Experience with front desk responsibilities
- Knowledge of phone etiquette
- Data entry skills
- Proven administrative or assistant experience
- Exceptional organizational skills
