City Councilor Vacancy Announcement - Ward 1The Seaside, Oregon City Council is seeking applications from dedicated residents of Ward 1 to fill a vacant councilor seat for the remaining two-year term (2025-2026). This is an exciting opportunity for a community member to step forward and help shape the future of our city.Eligibility Requirements:To be considered for this position, applicants must meet the following qualifications:

Residency Requirement: You must have been a full-time resident of Seaside for at least the previous 12 months.

Ward 1 Resident: Applicants must currently reside within Ward 1 boundaries. Please refer to the Ward 1 boundary map for detailed information.

Signature Requirement* Obtain 20 signatures from registered voters who also reside in Ward 1 using the provided Candidates Signature Sheet document.
