What would you do as a Dental Practice Manager

As the Dental Practice Manager at Enable Dental, you will be at the forefront of mobile dentistry, overseeing the daily operations of our dedicated dental office team. Your role includes ensuring compliance with company policies, fostering positive relations among employees and patients, and achieving crucial operational goals. You will commute with your team to various assisted living facilities, skilled nursing homes, and memory care facilities to manage services onsite three days per week. The ability and willingness to assist your team with back-office tasks such as setting up trays and taking X-rays is required.

On the remaining two days, you'll work from our main office, focusing on essential administrative tasks. This unique blend of management and hands-on involvement allows you to create a significant impact in the lives of underprivileged patients while shaping the future of dental practice.   • Job-Type & Schedule: Full-Time, Monday-Friday (No weekends)
  • Salary: $75,000-$85,000/yr (Negotiable)

  • Special Requirements: Ability to drive company minivan + Valid driver's license + clean driving record required + COVID-19 vaccinations or valid exemptions
  • DANB National Radiation Health and Safety Exam passed (or) be a Certified Dental Assistant (CDA), Formally Trained Dental Assistant (FTDA), or Expanded Function Dental Assistant (EFDA)
