Description:We are currently seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of private and public project management experience, with a strong emphasis on civil construction. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for efficiently managing one or more projects ranging from $550k to $15 million, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:**Manage civil construction projects, both private and public, with a focus on efficiency and performance.**Supervise construction operations to ensure maximum efficiency and performance within assigned budget and timeline.**Monitor project status and suggest improvements to the Area Manager regarding crew size, performance methods, work quality, and value engineering.**Conduct continuous evaluations of various project aspects including plans, schedules, equipment performance, personnel needs, quality control, safety, and subcontractor relations.**Coordinate and control the work of all subcontractors to ensure compliance with job specifications and company policies.**Review daily reports for accuracy and completeness.**Ensure compliance with local ordinances, laws, safety regulations (including OSHA), and affirmative action programs.**Perform other duties as assigned.Benefits:**Competitive salaries and fringe benefits.**Equal Opportunity Employer.**Drug-Free Workplace Program.Job RequirementsEducation and Requirements:**Bachelor s degree preferred.**Minimum of 3 years of experience in the construction industry with expertise in project management and site development.**Proficiency in Excel.**Excellent verbal and written communication skills.**Strong organizational and time management abilities.**Ability to meet company MVR requirements and possess a valid Florida driver s license.**Must pass a drug screening and background check.
