PRIMARY PURPOSE OF POSITIONResponsible for operating trucks as directed and specified while adhering to all rules and regulations as mandated by Mortenson safety policies and procedures.EXPECTATIONS OF ALL TEAM MEMBERS High quality, professional work product performed with initiative, productivity, a positive attitude and behavior. Operate the following trucks based on the requirements of the project:1. Water Truck2. Dump Truck3. Haul Truck4. Tractor Trailer/LowboyB. Follow prescribed safety regulationsC. Ensure that all housekeeping is maintained in a clear and orderly fashion in assigned areaD. Perform routine maintenance to include lubricating, fueling, and cleaningE. Observe equipment operation to detect machine malfunctionF. Follow work plans and pre-task cardsG. Effectively work and build relationships with those of diverse backgrounds and organizational levels H. All other duties as assignedKNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIESA. Strong teamwork orientationB.
