Read further to learn how you could help make great things possible not only in your community, but around the world.In the role of Civil EIT, we'll count on you to:Assist the Senior Engineer with site studies, site designs, contract documentation preparation and graphic presentationPerform overall site layout, grading, utility layout and drainagePerform routine engineering assignments requiring application of standard techniques and proceduresComplete projects with clear, specified objectives and limited variablesPerform administrative duties associated with project management for civil/site projectsWork independently on small projects, or assist more-senior engineers on larger projectsPerform other duties as neededPreferred QualificationsProficient with MicroStation and/or AutoCAD, familiarity and demonstrated experience with civil engineering software such as Bentley ConceptStation and/or Autodesk Infraworks and Civil 3D; specialty civil platforms (e.g., Openflows) as requiredPrefer candidates with 7+ years experiencePreference given to local candidatesRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree in Civil or Structural EngineeringEngineer in Training (EIT) certificate.Strong written and verbal communication skillsAn attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture is a mustWhat We BelieveHDR is our company.
