Civil Engineer

We are looking to add an experienced Civil Engineer to our expanding team located in the Colorado Springs, CO area. This position will be responsible for the planning, design, and permitting of land development projects. Project types will include mixed-use, retail, residential, higher education, and government projects.

Job Duties:

• Planning, design, and permitting of land development projects
• Prepare design plans and construction documents using AutoCAD Civil 3D
• Develop detailed site, grading, erosion and sediment control plans
• Handle stormwater management, utility, roadway, and parking lot design
• Produce reports, specifications, construction schedules, and cost estimates
• Assess soil composition, terrain, hydrological characteristics and other data and their impact on projects

Position Requirements:

• BS in Civil or Environmental Engineering
• 4-6+ years experience in civil engineering/land development design
• Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D
• Colorado PE license or ability to obtain within 6 months.
