What you will need:
- 2-20 years of industry experience
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
- Strong communication skills
- Have a knowledge/background with grading, site layout, erosion control design and more
- Background in land development
- Be proficient and confident in using AutoCAD, Civil 3D, HydroCAD, and other engineering software
- Survey experience is a plus (but not required)
- EIT certification (bonus compensation if you have your PE, or upon completion of your PE)
