Our team is opening the door to a Civil Engineering PM Professional with a PE Texas license to be at the forefront of complex engineering projects. What we're after is a passionate, forward-thinking Civil Engineer PM with expertise in roadway design and team management. We need this level of passion and drive because you'll be tasked with influencing our EIT unit and building the foundation for future success. What you need to bring to the table…

  • MUST have a PE license in Texas.
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
  • 7+ years of engineering background in roadway design and management of transportation projects.
  • Skilled in MicroStation, Geopak, OpenRoads Designer, AutoCAD, and Civil 3D.
  • Familiar with TxDOT procedures, policies, and standards.

What you'll do…

  • Project Management: You'll play a pivotal role in helping our firm with client agreements, budget management, negotiation abilities, and overall project communication.
  • Technical Expertise: You will lead with your knowledge and expertise in engineering software, to drive innovative solutions and project success.
  • Communication: Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to coordinate and manage multiple projects. You will excel in communicating information clearly between both parties, ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Team Management: You'll mentor our current EIT team; planning, organizing, and supervising their work is essential to this position.
  • Business Development: Assist and attend marketing activities and industry events.
