Your Role:

• Handle complex Insurance Defense and Civil Litigation, managing cases from start to finish while working closely with seasoned partners.
• Draft motions, pleadings, and discovery materials, using your legal expertise to develop effective strategies that protect clients.
• Advise clients on legal risks related to securities fraud, offering strategic counsel on how to navigate these high-stakes matters.
