Job Description:
Job 1: To handle Banking Litigation including foreclosure proceedings, winding up and other debt recovery related matters, Civil Litigation & General Litigation.- To learn & progress with the firm.- Able to attend to clients, correspondences.- Possess own transport and willing to travel.
Job 2: Assisting in preparing cause papers, documents, notices and correspondences.- Maintaining diary and attentive to due dates.- Maintaining proper administration of files and correspondences.- To attend to other legal/administrative work assigned by the Firm from time to time.
Qualifications and Requirements:

Job 2:- 1 or 2 years working experience and able to handle portfolios with minimum supervision.- Must be computer literate.- Proficient in both written and verbal communication skills.- Meticulous with a high degree of accuracy and attention to details.- Responsible and know how to prioritize workload.- Able to work immediately is an advantage.

Overview of Organisation: Medium size Legal Firm since 1983. Office hours from 8.30am to 5.30pm (5 days week).
