Consolidated Investment Group, an exclusive investment company, is looking for a Chief Pilot with experience on a 604 or 605 challenger to complete our two-people aviation team based in Englewood, Colorado.
This position will be responsible, alongside the Pilot (SIC), in operating the companys Challenger 605 in accordance with FAA and international regulations. Other responsibilities include managing flight planning requirements, passenger safety and comfort, communicating and resolving maintenance issues in a timely manner, and collaborating with other members of the Consolidated Investment Team.
The Chief Pilot is expected to spearhead the Safety Management System, exhibit strong customer service, communication, and leadership skills, have high computer literacy, and work well in a team. They will be responsible for ensuring that the maintenance of the aircraft is completed, supervising the loading of passengers, baggage, cargo, and fuel, according to the weight and balance limitations according to the Aircraft Flight Manual.
This position requires a FAA Airline Transport Pilot Certificate (ATP), a minimum of 5,000 flight hours (minimum of 3,000 hours in a turbine aircraft), and at least 5 -7 years of corporate flying experience; a bachelors degree in aviation is preferred (high school diploma or equivalent required), a valid passport, a first-class medical certificate, a type rating in Challenger 605/604 (with significant number of hours) and international flying experience are a plus.

The annual salary range for this role is $175,000 to $200,000 depending on qualifications and skills.
