A dynamic, growing law firm is seeking a Property Damage Claims Adjustor to join their team. In this role you will be responsible for investigating, analyzing, and determining liability in automobile property damage claims, communicating regularly with all involved parties including policyholders, claimants, and legal experts.
Responsibilities:
- Communicate effectively to establish automobile property damage claims.
- Conduct thorough interviews and gather detailed statements.
- Investigate responsibility, confirm coverage, and assess damages.
- Negotiate settlements independently.
- Collaborate with attorneys on case evaluations.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficient with technical systems and adaptable to new tools.
- Conflict resolution and decision-making experience.
- Experienced in auto property damage claims.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on meeting deadlines.
- Property Damage Insurance Adjusters License is a plus.
