Join our team where every individual takes pride in driving their role for shared success.About the roleOpen to remote candidates in the following states only: AL, AZ, CA, FL, GA, IN, KS, LA, MI, MS, MO, NV, NC, OK, PA, TN, TXUnder limited supervision of the Supervisor, the Claims Adjuster performs the essential functions of the position, which includes but is not limited to:What you'll do*Opportunity for Senior  position depending on skill and experience*Investigate, evaluate, and resolve automobile claims in a timely and efficient manner;Document investigations, evaluations, recommendations, and plans of action;Ensure ongoing adjudication of claims within company standards, industry best practices, and all state and federal regulations;Produce grammatically correct and clearly written correspondence including letters, memos, reports, and claim file documentation;Complies with state and federal laws, Department of Insurance criteria, and insurance carrier criteria and follows Aspire General Insurance/partner's policies, procedure, and work rules;Regular and predictable punctuality and attendance;Other duties as necessary.QualificationsTwo plus years of experience in the Property and Casualty insurance industry;Must have a clear understanding of insurance industry practices, standards, and terminology;Experience handling both auto property damage and injury claims is recommended;Must be able to pass a background check;Must have a disciplined approach to all job-related activities;Must have a solid foundation of personal organization, sound decision-making and analytical skills, and strong interpersonal and customer service skills;Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities simultaneously;Ability to achieve targeted performance goals.The pay range for this role is:26 - 34 USD per hour (Remote - United States)#J-18808-Ljbffr
