Description:

In the role, you'd focus on resolving and settling no-fault claims in the state of New York. With the support of over 100+ attorneys, along with supportive legal professionals, this individual will be responsible for organizing and tracking all relevant claim information, along with all associated administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work directly with insurance companies to process data entry of claims, medical records, and vendor bills
• Process insurance claims, refund checks, & claim checks
• Perform administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and answering all relevant phone calls

Qualifications:

• 4+ years of relevant experience
• Strong understanding of Regulation 68, New York No-Fault Arbitration, & No-Fault Claims process
• Understanding of medical reports and medical terminology
• Ability to understand legal concepts and legal terminology
• Familiarity of worker compensation fee schedule

Salary:

• $60,000 - $80,000
