Job Overview: The first notice of loss group (FNOL) is responsible for taking countrywide claim reports, explaining applicable coverages and setting expectations for the claims process. A starting annual salary of $37,994 ($19.48/hr). Additional compensation would be dependent on level of experience and applicable licenses within the property and casualty industry with a range of up to $55,934 annually ($28.68/hr).A 5%-10% shift differential may also apply depending on schedule. Shift differential compensation is considered variable compensation and applies only when working eligible schedules. This is subject to change, based on future schedule changes. Amica reserves the right to modify your schedule based on business needs which could impact the shift differential. In addition, hired applicants will be eligible for the company's annual variable incentive paid based on company performance.Additional commission opportunities may apply to customer facing sales and service representatives. Schedule: We are offering a 37.5 hour work week with the following schedule options:
  • 6:00am-1:30pm schedule, Monday through Friday, and every other Saturday (7:00am-2:30pm) Wednesday off during the week (TBD) when working on a Saturday. A 5% shift differential would apply.
  • 2:00pm-9:30pm schedule, Monday through Friday, and every other Saturday (1:30pm-9:00pm) Thursday off during the week (TBD) when working a Saturday. A 10% shift differential would apply.
A hybrid schedule of three days in office and two days work from home may be available after trained to work independently. Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service
  • Assist customers with new and existing claims
  • Involvement with roadside assistance and glass programs
  • Training will be provided

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent education required
  • Required to obtain state insurance licenses as needed and meet continuing education requirements
  • Regular evening, weekend and holiday coverage as dictated by business needs
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient use of Microsoft Word and Outlook
  • May be called upon to handle additional job duties
