OverviewThe Claims Customer Service Representative assists the Claims Department with processing claims and other administrative duties. This is an excellent entry-level role in the insurance business and in the Claims area.The Ideal Candidate You have a customer service mindset and enjoy solvingpeople's problems with a smile.You are a dependable team player and can get the work done as assigned.Communication, both written & verbal, is something you excel at. What You'll Do Process FSA and HRA claims.Receive claims from customers and follow up on claims through conclusion.Assist with enrollment entry in the processing system.Document all activity and telephone conversations in systems.Provide assistance by answering claims processing questions.Assist with data entry.Other duties as assigned.
