They are seeking a Claims Director to lead and enhance our claims operations, utilizing their home warranty and auto warranty claims management expertise to ensure exceptional service delivery.
Job Responsibilities
As the Claims Director, you will:
• Lead and Manage Claims Operations: Oversee the end-to-end claims process for home warranty and auto warranty programs, ensuring timely and accurate resolutions.
• Develop Strategies and Processes: Implement and optimize claims procedures to improve efficiency, accuracy, and customer satisfaction.
• Team Leadership: Supervise, mentor, and develop a team of claims professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.
• Compliance and Quality Assurance: Ensure all claims are handled in compliance with regulatory requirements, contractual obligations, and company standards.
• Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyze claims data to identify trends, improve processes, and provide regular performance reports to senior management.
• Vendor and Partner Management: Collaborate with external service providers, repair networks, and other partners to ensure high-quality service delivery.
• Customer Experience: Champion a customer-centric approach to claims management, resolving escalated claims and maintaining positive client relationships.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years in claims management, with a strong home warranty and vehicle service contracts (VSC) background.
• Leadership Skills: Proven experience leading and managing teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Industry Knowledge: In-depth understanding of home and auto warranty claims processes, regulatory requirements, and industry trends.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in claims management software and data analysis tools.
• Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with team members, vendors, and customers
• Problem-solving: Strong analytical and decision-making skills to resolve complex claims and improve processes.
