Participate in training and continuing education courses as requested or required; gaining knowledge, skills, and ability to perform functions of a Claims Representative.
Learn to communicate with customers and other claims personnel regarding procedures, problems, and coverages.
Investigate, evaluate, validate, negotiate, and settle all claims as assigned.
Analyze claim situations for coverage by contract.
Continually gain working knowledge of policy coverages.
Must possess and maintain a valid Driver's License and acceptable driving record.
