We have an opening for a Clamp Carrier Operator at our Manlius, NY facility.Job Responsibilities:
Identify a variety of wood species products including but not limited to the following wood species: Cherry, Mahogany, Oak, Maple, Birch, and Veneers. Reports to their supervisor for direction daily and promptly report any questions or problems. Read, comprehend, and full fill production tickets and print scan tags as needed. Read and Interpret part drawings. Inspect parts for quality and dimensional accuracy. Perform preventive maintenance as required by preventative maintenance sheets and correctly log any and all preventive maintenance done with any corresponding machine problems and or information. Set up work in the safest, most efficient manner per specifications and when no other jobs are noted as needed line up jobs in a manner that minimizes setup time.
