CFI is looking for Experienced Owner Operators Solos and Teams Sign-On Bonuses: SOLO: $1,000 Teams: $5,000 split between drivers IC: $2,500 We raised pay! Owner Operators now earn $1.18 CPM! Solo owner operators will receive a $0.03 per mile bonus on all miles in excess of 11,000 miles driven in a month. Owner operator teams will earn $0.08 per mile on all miles in excess of 18,000 miles driven (cumulatively by the team) in a month.
