Primary Job Functions:
- Attendance is necessary to be successful in this position
- Managing certified and classified staff evaluations and
- Posting/Tracking the application system and conducting background checks along with advertising positions.
- Facilitating district communication system
- Facilitating the Workman's Compensation process with claims and communication.
- Facilitate the process of professional growth with certified staff for lane movement consideration.
- Implement Inventory process.
- Digitize employee files.
- Answering phone for district office when available
- Other duties as assigned.
- Following added to position at a later date to become primary responsibility
- Provide clerical support for all functions related to the curriculum process to include but not limited to:
- Update & manage FPS Curriculum Library website
- Coordinate Curriculum Coordinating Council/School Improvement Advisory Committee (CCC/SIAC) and Subject-Area Committees (SAC) agendas with administrator
- Communicate Agendas for CCC and SAC to Members
- Take minutes for CCC work and disseminate out
- Manage logistical plans for CCC and SAC meetings
- Coordinate communications to outside groups as directed by administrator
- Responsible for ordering and distributing resources for each curricular area
- Maintain curricular licenses and vendor contacts for support and teacher assignment
- Manage Long Range Plan for all curriculum work; develop and track curriculum cycles per SAC
- Schedule conference rooms meetings
- Create and organize filing system for Curriculums, IPs, Proficiency Scales, and Outcome Assessments on district website
