ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Essential duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Maintains school floors.
- Removes furniture, waxes floor, and replaces furniture.
- Assists in maintenance repairs, primarily lawn equipment.
- Distributes parts, fuel, and other items needed for operation.
- Assists with welding and maintenance of play ground equipment.
- Assists in all other areas as required.
- Neat, well groomed, appropriately dressed appearance.
- Performs other related duties as required or assigned.
- Tractor driving experience is a plus.
