Comments and Other InformationClassified Substitutes are on call for short or long term assignments in departments such as: Office Cafeteria Yard Duty Instructional Aide Maintenance & Transportation Other Classified positions as needed A Classified Substitute has the option of accepting or declining jobs he/she is called for. All efforts are made to call a Classified Substitute with at least a 24 hours notice. Substitutes are paid at a rate of 2.5% less per hour at step one of the assigned position range.
