Qualified candidates will have the following skills and abilities
- Inspect, trim, clean, and package products to customer specifications
- Operate hand equipment and tools used in the assembly process
- Ensure quality products are being produced by following work instructions and inspecting parts
- Read and understand Operational Quality Inspections (OQI's)
- Ability to use measuring equipment (gauge pins, calipers, tape measure)
- Maintaining daily production rates
- Communicate issues with equipment, material, or processes
- Perform assembly and secondary operations as needed
Requirements
- At least 6 months of previous medical device manufacturing experience is preferred
- Longevity with previous employers is required
- Basic computer skills
- Attention to detail
- Organizational skills
Schedule
- 8th Shift: Thursday-Saturday & every other Sunday 6:30am-7pm
