The successful Food & Beverage Cleaner will perform detailed cleaning tasks in both front of the house and back of the house areas of our vessels, in order to provide a clean and sanitary environment for both shipmates and guests. About You: This person will be adaptable, dynamic, and embody City Experiences' RESPECT Service System. Essential Duties & Responsibilities: Front of the House (FOH) - Routine and deep cleaning of all FOH areas, including but not limited to floors/carpets, bus stations, bar areas, windows, etc. - Set up and break down dining room and service stations as prescribed; this requires movement of dining cabin furniture Back of the House (BOH) - Routine and deep cleaning of all BOH areas, including but not limited to floors, kitchen prep areas, kitchen cooking surfaces, ovens, kitchen equipment, etc. - Operate dish machine- ensure all dishes are cleaned, organized, and stored appropriately - Ensure that dishwasher is in proper working order - responsible for routine...Cleaner, City, Hotel, Cleaning
