Property Management, Inc. (PMI) has a rare opportunity for a motivated individual looking to join a growing company as an employee owner. We are currently searching for one full-time Multi-Site Cleaning Assistant to join our team at the PMI Home office in Camp Hill. This hourly position travel in a company supplied vehicle to handle turn service and common area hallway cleaning in several apartment communities within the Residential Division. Rate: $15-$16 an hour based on experience.
Hours: Monday through Friday, with potential weekend hours.

Role and Responsibilities:
- Clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas.
- Change bed linens, pillowcases, and towels.
- Replenish amenities such as toiletries, drinking glasses and guest welcome gifts .
- Vacuum carpets, dust furniture, and mop floors.
- Empty waste bins and replace liners.
- Wash windows, walls, ceilings, and woodwork as needed.
- Inspect rooms for any damages and report them to the supervisor.
- Restock cleaning supplies and notify management when supplies are running low.
- Comply with health and safety regulations.
- Perform deep cleaning tasks periodically or as required.
- Proven experience as a cleaner or housekeeper.
- Ability to work with little supervision and maintain a high level of performance.
- Customer-oriented and friendly.
- Flexibility to work in shifts.
- Prioritization and time management skills.
- Valid PA Driver's License.
