IMMEDIATE OPENINGConifer Realty is seeking self-motivated Cleaner to begin their next career with us to support our apartment communities in CHESTNUT STATION SENIOR APARTMENTS (74 UNITS).YOUR REWARDS - GREAT BENEFITS:Part-time 20-25 hrs Hours WeeklyMonday - FridayCompetitive Pay with semi-annual bonus potential15 Days Paid Time Off first year13 Paid Holidays (2 are floaters) commensurate with work schedule401K with company matchOngoing training and development for career growthRobust employee referral payment programCANDIDATES EXPERIENCE/SKILLS NEEDED:Minimum 1-2 years' prior apartment cleaning and outside grounds or janitorial, cleaning experience.Minimum High School diploma/GED equivalent.Reliable transportation.Excellent attendance; reliable, dependable.Knowledge of hazardous material regulations, proper storage procedures for OSHA safety compliance.High attention to detail and ability to work independently at multiple apartment communities.Ability to multi-task with excellent communication and customer service skills to interact with residents, contractors, team members.Bilingual Spanish-speaking a plus.Responsibilities will include:Monitor building and grounds to ensure a neat and clean presentation and environment.Perform various cleaning and minor maintenance activities throughout the commons areas of the property to include sweeping and mopping all tile surfaces, polishing as necessary all floor space, window cleaning, and vacuuming carpeted areas.Clean restrooms to include disinfecting toilets, sinks, floors, and restocking restroom supplies as needed.Assist with cleaning when apartments turnover.Remove trash and dispose of in all designated areas.Ensure all cleaning supplies are safely and properly stored in appropriate areas.Snow removal and emergency on-call duties as required or assigned.About Conifer: We are a nationally ranked, full-service real estate company specializing in the development, construction, management, and ownership of high-quality, affordable housing communities.
