Responsibilities will include but are not limited to: •Cleanand sanitize designated areas, including break rooms, hallways, restrooms,and other common areas of the buildings. • Operate cleaning equipment, such as vacuums, floor scrubbers, and other cleaningtools and machines. • Restock and maintain janitorial supplies, including paper towels, toilet paper,and soap dispensers. •Followcleaning schedules and procedures to ensure that all areas are cleanedthoroughly and in a timely manner. • Perform all job functions with safety as a priority and buy-in our corporate philosophyof NOBODY GETS HURT, PERIOD . •Notifyfacility maintenance staff of any maintenance or repair issues. • Maintain a safe and clean working environment. • Perform other related duties as assigned. • Maintain confidentiality of business and personal information, including but notlimited to verbal, sign language, written, and digital information sources. Required Qualifications: •Highschool graduate or equivalent (Required) •Mustbe at a minimum, 18 years of age •Evening Shift (Required - Typically done by 11:00PM) • Driver's License (Some Driving Required) •Oneyear of building cleaning experience (preferred) •Mustbe able to pass a drug screen (Drug Free Employer) •Theapplicant shall prove a reasonable amount of aptitude and interest in thecraft. Compensation: Compensation Range $17.50 Actual compensation may vary based on factors such as related work experience, market conditions, education/training, certifications and other credentials, overtime when applicable, as well as applicable knowledge and skills.
