Miller Brother Staffing Solutions is seeking several dedicated and detail-oriented candidates for part time afternoon and evening cleaning positions. These cleaners will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and tidiness of the office or production facilities. Cleaners--Everning Part TimePay rate: $13.25/hour Shift: afternoon and evening start times. Earliest is 4pm. Number of hours varies by locations. Screening Process: resume submittal and an in-person interview with the company Locations: all positions are located within Erie County.General Description Job requirements vary by location. Some locations require only cleaning of the office areas. Other locations will require some cleaning of the manufacturing/production floor as well as the office areas. Requirements Interested candidates must have a valid driver's license and their own vehicle. They must also pass a drug screen and be open to a criminal background check.Key Responsibilities:

Cleaning and Sanitizing: Perform general cleaning tasks, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces such as desks, countertops, kitchen areas and in some locations the production area.

Trash Removal: Empty trash cans and replace liners as needed, ensuring proper disposal of waste materials.

Restroom Maintenance: Clean and disinfect restrooms, including sinks, toilets, and fixtures. Restock supplies as required.

Window Cleaning: Clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors to maintain a clear and streak-free appearance.

Floor Care: Maintain and care for office flooring, including carpet cleaning, spot removal, and floor waxing as needed.

Inventory Management: Monitor and report any shortages of cleaning supplies and request replenishment in a timely manner.

Adherence to Safety Standards: Follow safety protocols and guidelines while using cleaning chemicals and equipment to ensure a safe working environment.

Special Requests: Address special cleaning requests or tasks from office management as needed.

Qualifications:

Prior experience in office cleaning or janitorial work is preferred, but not required.

Knowledge of safe cleaning practices and the use of cleaning equipment and chemicals.

Ability to work independently and efficiently.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.

Excellent time management skills to complete tasks within specified timeframes.

Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks, including lifting and moving objects as needed.

Dependable and punctual with a strong work ethic.

Current driver's license and reliable transportation.
