The Cleaning Associate will play a key role in creating a pristine first impression to all guests that enter any and all interior spaces through routine cleaning and maintenance. After a long day of adventuring in nature, our guests deserve relaxation in thoroughly cleaned and nurtured spaces.This role will start as part-time (20-30 hrs/week) with the potential to convert to full-time if the need arises. The role will report to the General ManagerResponsibilities
- Thoroughly clean and sanitize public areas and cabins
- Ability to lift 10-20 pounds and be on their feet for 8 hours a day
- Clean and maintain vacant units for guests, main office, recreational rooms, public restrooms, and maintenance facilities daily
- Maintain inventories of cleaning supplies and equipment on hand
- Ensure the grounds, buildings, and units are fully functional, safe, and attractive.
QualificationsRequired:
- Minimum 2 years experience in housekeeping
- Able to adhere to strict cleaning guidelines and policies
- Able to work nights, weekends and holidays as the business demands
- Ability to lift 15-25 pounds
- Able to be on their feet for 8 hours a day
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures
Preferred:
- Campground or park cleaning experience
- New build/opening team experience
- Passion for the outdoors

The final agreed-upon compensation is based on a number of factors, including but not limited to: individual education, qualifications, prior work experience, and geographic work location.
