Launched in 2023, ODN is designed to fulfill Outdoorsy's founding mission 'to restore our relationship with the outdoors and each other'.About the RoleOur Outdoorsy Durango, CO property is seeking a hospitality-focused Cleaning Associate. The Cleaning Associate will play a key role in creating a pristine first impression to all guests that enter any and all interior spaces through routine cleaning and maintenance. After a long day of adventuring in nature, our guests deserve relaxation in thoroughly cleaned and nurtured spaces.This role will start as part-time (20-30 hrs/week) with the potential to convert to full-time if the need arises. The role will report to the General ManagerResponsibilities
  • Thoroughly clean and sanitize public areas and cabins
  • Ability to lift 10-20 pounds and be on their feet for 8 hours a day
  • Clean and maintain vacant units for guests, main office, recreational rooms, public restrooms, and maintenance facilities daily
  • Maintain inventories of cleaning supplies and equipment on hand
  • Ensure the grounds, buildings, and units are fully functional, safe, and attractive.
QualificationsRequired:
  • Minimum 2 years experience in housekeeping
  • Able to adhere to strict cleaning guidelines and policies
  • Able to work nights, weekends and holidays as the business demands
  • Ability to lift 15-25 pounds
  • Able to be on their feet for 8 hours a day
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures
Preferred:
  • Campground or park cleaning experience
  • New build/opening team experience
  • Passion for the outdoors

Become part of the adventure today!Pay range-$16.00/hr-$18.00/hrThe expected compensation range for this position is displayed in accordance with potentially applicable laws. The final agreed-upon compensation is based on a number of factors, including but not limited to: individual education, qualifications, prior work experience, and geographic work location.
