Responsibilities:
- Maintain proper cleaning procedures in dining room, kitchen, etc.
- Maintain machinery/equipment throughout the restaurant.
- Assist leadership in executing opening or closing procedures.
- Keep detailed maintenance calendar and records.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including food safety and sanitation guidelines.
Qualifications and Skills:
- No experience required.
- Open Availability is preferred.
- Must be 18+ years or older.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and have effective communication skills.
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a positive attitude under pressure.
- Team-oriented, adaptable, dependable, coachable, and strong work ethic.
