**Description**
C & B Operations has an opening for a part-time Cleaning position at its John Deere dealership located in Spencer, IA. Thisindividual would work a flexible schedule of approximately 12 hours per week with a strong attention to detail. Previous experience preferred.
Essential Duties :
* Clean offices.
* Sweep, vacuum, mop and scrub floors. Strip and wax floors as necessary.
* Clean, sanitize and stock supplies in all bathrooms and break rooms.
* Empty all trash receptacles and transport trash to dumpster.
* Clean and polish furniture and fixtures.
* Clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors.
* Dust furniture, walls, machines, and equipment.
* Performs cleaning and routine maintenance and other duties as directed by supervisor.
