Key responsibilities & duties
  • Contribute to restoration efforts for residential and commercial construction projects with primary focus on cleaning.
  • No Cleaning Experience Required - willingness to be trained on the knowledge and execution of cleaning, demolition cleaning, and construction final cleanings.
  • Cleaning Training will involve multiple methods of cleaning including wet washing, dry soot sponge cleaning, vacuuming, minor demo and nail removal, content cleaning, flooring cleaning and steaming, and deodorization training.
  • Driving company vehicles to jobsites, including maintaining company vehicles and equipment.
  • Most jobs will be 8 am to 5pm, but some may require longer hours to complete for a deadline.
  • Work with Lead Tech/Inspectors to complete approved scope of work and communicate any changes or issues.
  • Work on job-sites daily and maintain a clean and safe work environment at all times.
Requirements:
  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear. This position is a very active and requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, and climbing. The employee must have the ability to lift and/or move items over 75 pounds.
  • Candidate for employment must have a valid driver's license and a clear driving record.
  • Candidate must pass a criminal background check to perform work on insurance related claims.
  • Expect exposure to warm and cold temperatures while working at job sites.
  • Basic knowledge of smartphone/email technology.
