POSITION SUMMARY:

Year-round and Seasonal opportunities

As our vacation rental Cleaning Technician, you'll follow a steady schedule, including departure cleans to reset and restock the home before the next guest arrives. You'll also conduct mid-stay cleanings at the request of our guests, maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor. Periodically, deep cleans will be scheduled to ensure every window sill, corner, and window shines, reflecting our commitment to 5-star stays.

Your dedication to upholding our cleanliness standards and ensuring each vacation rental is properly stocked and ready for the next check-in, will play a vital part in creating an environment where guests can fully enjoy their days at the lake—making every stay exceptional.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Perform routine cleaning tasks, including dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, and restroom cleaning
  • Ensure vacation rentals are stocked with necessary supplies
  • Conduct periodic deep cleans to uphold high cleanliness standards
  • Perform mid-stay cleans as requested by the guest and assist guests with cleaning requests as needed
  • Report any deficiencies or repair needs to management promptly
  • Follow our procedures and standards checklist to maintain consistency across rentals
  • Collaborate effectively with other team members
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team and assist with other housekeeping needs as necessary

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Housekeeping background required, preferably in vacation rentals
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Very reliable, punctual, and responsible, with the ability to meet the physical expectations for a cleaning job (mopping, scrubbing, lifting and carrying supplies, etc, being on your feet several hours a day)
  • Ability to follow detailed instructions and company policies/procedures
  • Must have a valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle to commute to properties

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:

Hourly Wage: $20 - $22 per hour based on experience and achievement
